Starting 1 October 2026.
Transform your practice through comprehensive training rooted in the respected tradition of T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar.
Our programme is built on the profound power of ancient yoga models and techniques, emphasising individual adaptation to promote health and facilitate healing. You will become highly skilled in:
- Applying yoga therapy principles to the unique characteristics, challenges, and often multiple conditions of each individual client, moving beyond a condition specific approach.
- Harnessing the innate capacity of every individual to heal.
- Working effectively with small groups focused on therapeutic themes.

Teaching Strategies
We employ teaching strategies based on a wealth of knowledge and experience in training adults, particularly therapists. This expertise has shaped the course structure, syllabus, and delivery, to ensure that each student develops the skills and confidence needed to excel as a yoga therapist.
We understand that becoming a therapist involves more than just acquiring knowledge. We actively facilitate and support personal growth alongside professional development.
All our teachers are practising yoga therapists who can seamlessly integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience throughout the course.
We provide a thorough grounding in essential biomedical knowledge without diluting the authentic yoga perspective and principles of yoga therapy.
Our teaching is interactive, based on a mix of:
- Instruction, demonstration, and experiential activities.
- Analysis of real-life case examples and scenarios, including role-play.
- Guided self study.
- Hands-on practice in class.
- Supervised clinical practice. You will gain essential experience with real-life clients under the direct supervision of our qualified faculty.
