These courses are 550 contact hours over three years and equip teachers to work with a wide range of class groups or individuals. The course looks in detail at yoga practices and philosophy as well as western and yoga models of the human system. Teachers will be enabled to use a wide range of yoga tools for transformation, whether that be for development, maintenance or healing. The course is one of very few in the country accredited by the British Council for Yoga Therapy and teachers can register with them and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council on graduation.
