The Living Breath ; Pranayama – Theory, Application and Therapeutic Use.

FRIDAY 9th – SUNDAY 11th November 2018 Wyboston Lakes, Bedfordshire. Guest Tutor : Nrithya Jagannathan.

Nrithya will lead all main sessions of practice and theory
focusing on Pranayama;
its importance in yoga practice and significance in health. This
is a very special opportunity to work under her guidance. She is an inspirational teacher.

Nrithya holds the post of senior consultant Yoga therapist and senior Vedic Chanting teacher at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, Chennai, India. A student of TKV Desikachar for many years, under his guidance she has become a teacher and therapist at the KYM. She has travelled extensively representing KYM at many workshops, seminars and conferences in India and around the world and has published works in the fields of Yoga for Women, emotional health, music and dance. She is also a professional Indian classical dancer with over 30 years of experience, and has developed a training programme for dancers.

TSYP’s experienced teachers will lead the early morning sessions at this event which is open to both teachers and students alike. Come and share this unique experience.

Our venue is Wyboston Lakes Training Centre, on the A1M in Bedfordshire. It offers a high standard of facilities, including ensuite bedrooms, excellent Wi-Fi and wonderful catering and has good transport links by road, rail and plane.
